Wafab Bil is looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrator who wants to be part of our sales team in Karlstad. The position is a part-time employment as needed, with a guaranteed employment rate of at least 30%. You will also cover for sickness, vacations, and peak work periods.

About the role

As an administrator in sales support, you will work closely with our sales team and play a central role in ensuring that administrative and practical aspects of the sales process are handled smoothly and efficiently. You are the link between sales, finance, and delivery.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys a varied and administrative role. You have an eye for detail, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate. Experience in similar work, preferably in the automotive industry or financial administration, is an advantage.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
